Job summary

Viability is seeking a Director to lead and oversee programs serving individuals with disabilities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Oklahoma. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes through person-centered practices and community partnerships.

The role requires a master’s degree in a related field and experience navigating DDS/DMH systems, with a strong focus on leadership, collaboration, and strategic program

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required; special coursework in substance use disorders preferred.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and navigating DDS/DMH systems.
• Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight of all assigned programs.
• Supervise and develop program staff and coordinate trainings.
• Maintain budget control and ensure service quality and compliance.
• Oversee person-centered planning and community involvement for participants.
