Jewish Family & Children’s Service, Greater Boston seeks a Director of DDS Residential Services to lead multi-site 24-hour group homes funded by DDS. The role oversees residential services, mentors a management team, and drives workforce development while partnering with families and funders to ensure compliant, person-centered support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with IDD or vulnerable populations in residential settings.
• 4–5 years of supervisory experience and regulatory oversight.
• Knowledge of DDS regulations and residential service delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
