Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership and program management skills.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight of all assigned programs.
• Supervise, support, and develop program staff.
• Maintain management control over program budgets and staffing.
• Ensure audit compliance for all assigned programs.
• Cultivate relationships with individuals served and stakeholders.
