This senior leadership role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, a strong compliance mindset, and the ability to build teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining person-centered services and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in human services, preferably with DDS residential programs.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts DDS service delivery and regulatory systems.
• Strong team building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Calm, solutions-focused leadership and crisis management abilities.
• Proficiency with technology and a commitment to learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Leading operations and oversight for 19 residential group homes
• Supporting and developing a team of professionals to deliver person-centered services
• Ensuring full compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations (including DDS licensure and accreditation)
• Monitoring quality outcomes and service satisfaction, and using data to identify areas for improvement
• Managing budgets, staffing, and program resources efficiently and effectively
• Fostering meaningful relationships with individuals served families, staff, and community stakeholders
• Collaborating across departments and participating in strategic planning at the organizational level
• Serving as a key contributor to agency leadership
