• Supervise about 120 DDS employees and monitor budgets.
• Hiring recommendations and labor relations reviews.
• Oversee Federal Reimbursement and SNAP revenue.
• Ensure staff training on Human Rights and compliance.
• Liaise with families/guardians and Area/Regional Offices.
• Report incidents and ISP submissions through HCSIS; time reporting via SSTA.
