ADI Global Distribution in California is hiring a Sr Account Manager to grow market share, develop new opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships in a dynamic wholesale environment.

You will travel up to 75% in Orange/Riverside territories, manage accounts, educate customers on product lines, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales. Prove n experience in CCTV/IP/AV security, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV, security, and fire sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and selling in a distribution model.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent selling, negotiating and closing skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly, handle high call volume, and think creatively.
• Strong ethics, work ethic, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Territory travel up to 75%.
• Live within Orange or Riverside counties.
