Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a high-impact Director of Sales to lead and scale a multi-region sales organization focused on Titan Electronics and security integration solutions.

The role requires building a national sales function, driving revenue growth, and expanding the team across major markets. You will mentor 8+ sales professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 50% to coach in the field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in security integration / electronic security systems (preferred).
• Proven success leading multi-region or national sales teams.
• Ability to scale teams and drive revenue growth.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable, multi-market go-to-market strategy.
• Own annual and quarterly revenue targets across Titan Electronics.
• Lead, coach and scale a distributed sales team across regions.
• Penetrate Titan’s existing guarding client base and cross-sell integrated security solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Recruiting and Leadership to align GTM activities.
