Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of commercial lines leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Active P&C license required; CPCU/CIC strongly preferred.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• M&A integration exposure is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
