Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty. You will partner with divisional leaders to standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive client outcomes while supporting M&A integration and strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes executive collaboration, operational transformation, and the deployment of agency best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large insurance brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with merger/acquisition integration and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and post-merger workflows.
• Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership to drive results.
• Promote use of EPIC, reporting tools, and tech platforms.
