Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C insurance and agency operations. You will drive workflow standardization, process improvement, and workforce planning while partnering with leadership to meet growth and client service goals.

The role emphasizes M&A integration, strategic advisory support for producers and operations, and optimizing technology usage across EPIC and related systems.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives to strengthen operations, service delivery, and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement efforts to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing models and capacity to support growth.
• Support M&A integration with operational assessments and alignment.
