Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role partners with regional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and guide strategic initiatives across the broker network.

The candidate will oversee workflow optimization, capacity planning, and change leadership, supporting M&A integrations and performance analytics to maximize client outcomes and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable process improvements.
• Strong workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management experience.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Proven ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.

• Performance Analysis: use metrics to drive improvements.
