Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations of commercial lines brokerage activities. The role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to drive standardized workflows, optimize processes, and scale performance across the organization.

You will advise producers, account teams, and leaders, shaping the Commercial P&C operating model and supporting strategic initiatives including M&A integration.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Lines strategy and execution with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
