Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, drive workflow standardization, and support M&A integration. The role partners with divisional leaders to optimize service delivery, scalability, and shareholder value while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Property & Casualty license, 5–7+ years in operational leadership within a large brokerage/agency, and experience in process optimization and change

Qualifications

• Active license: Property & Casualty.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive data-driven actions.
• Plan staffing and capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Align with Managed Services for resource optimization.
• Provide guidance on agency operations and EPIC workflows.
