Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong knowledge of commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with M&A integration and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen Commercial Lines operations and performance.
• Lead workflow standardization, process improvements, and capacity planning.
• Partner with leaders to drive efficiency, service quality, and shareholder value.
• Provide expert guidance on EPIC workflows, systems, and technology.
• Support integration of mergers and acquisitions and implement standardized practices.
