Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role focuses on workflow standardization, process optimization, and transforming agency operations to maximize client service and shareholder value. Remote work is preferred with potential hybrid onsite as needed.

The ideal candidate brings an active P&C license, advanced designations, and proven experience driving efficiency in a large brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement to increase productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and operational transformation.
