Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to advance objectives, optimize effectiveness, and scale operations across the organization.

It includes M&A integration work, workflow standardization, and driving strategic initiatives with producers, account teams, and operational leaders.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with regional leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable workflows to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and drive sustainable change.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Align managed services to organizational goals and resources.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems.
