Job summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with divisional and regional leaders to advance objectives, optimize workflow, and scale operations while delivering exceptional service and shareholder value.
The role focuses on standardizing workflows, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives including M&A integration.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
- Experience with EPIC and agency operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives.
- Standardize workflows and improve processes across the organization.
- Plan staffing, workload distribution, and capacity for growth.
- Support M&A integration, transformation, and process alignment.
- Collaborate with producers, operations teams and leadership.
- Leverage EPIC and technology to drive performance and consistency.
- Lead change management and continuous improvement efforts.
