Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national efforts in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. You will partner with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support producers and account teams across the organization.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, capacity planning, and strategic advisory during growth, with focus on implementing scalable processes and best practices in a dynamic brokerage

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization, process improvement, and M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement to increase productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessment and planning.
• Promote EPIC usage and optimization of technology platforms.
