Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. You will partner with divisional leaders to advance objectives, optimize workflows, and strengthen performance across the organization.

You will drive standardized workflows, capacity planning, and strategic initiatives while supporting producers, account teams, and leadership in delivering exceptional client service and shareholder

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze staffing and capacity planning to support growth.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive initiatives.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation efforts.
• Promote EPIC utilization and technology optimization.
• Drive performance metrics and continuous improvement.
