Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. This role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to advance objectives, optimize efficiency, and improve performance across Commercial Lines.

The position includes driving workflow standardization and strategic guidance to producers, account teams, and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.
