Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to drive workflow standardization, process improvements, and scalable operations while supporting producers, account teams, and executives.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC or equivalent, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large broker environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems.
