Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director of Commercial Lines with 5–7+ years of leadership in a large insurance brokerage. The role focuses on national operations, workflow standardization, and strategic advisory to producers and leaders.

Fully remote preferred with Central Time Zone alignment; occasional on-site may be required for hybrid needs. The ideal candidate will bring deep P&C expertise, a strong track record in operational excellence, and experience with M&A integration, EPIC

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5–7+ years in commercial lines operational leadership within a large brokerage or agency.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial lines strategy and align with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and promote best practices.
• Drive process optimization, productivity, and quality outcomes.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation.
• Promote EPIC utilization and tech-enabled performance.
• Provide change leadership and develop workforce capacity planning.
