Job summary
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, drive standardization, and support mergers & acquisitions integration. This role partners with regional leadership to optimize workflows and service delivery, while promoting EPIC usage and scalable processes.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage, active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization,
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
- Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Establish and promote standardized workflows and best practices.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
- Analyze staffing models and develop capacity plans to support growth.
- Support merger and acquisition initiatives through operational assessments and integration planning.
- Provide guidance on EPIC usage, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability for strategic initiatives.
