- Expertise in agency operations, workflows, and process optimization.
- Experience with M&A integration and workforce planning.
- Strong communication and change leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Commercial Lines strategy with divisional and regional leadership.
- Drive workflow standardization and process improvements across the organization.
- Oversee capacity planning and workforce modeling to support growth.
- Partner with Managed Services to align resources with goals.
- Provide SME guidance on EPIC, workflows, and technology platforms.
- Support merger and acquisition integration and post-merger initiatives.
- Influence leaders and drive results in a matrix organization.
