Job summary

BD is seeking a Director of Commercial Excellence & Analytics in Warwick, RI to lead a team that enhances sales force effectiveness and drives growth through data-driven insights. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Excellence to implement best practices and scalable analytics.

The position reports to the VP, BD Excellence & Analytics and requires experience in healthcare/regulated industries, CRM platforms, and advanced analytics. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in commercial excellence, sales effectiveness, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation and analytics initiatives.
• Experience building and leading high-performing analytics or BI teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD Surgery's commercial excellence strategy and drive improvements in forecasting, pipeline management, territory execution, and customer engagement.
• Provide analytics, BI, and decision-support to commercial leadership with KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop and execute an automation and AI roadmap to reduce administrative burden and improve productivity.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and operations to implement scalable commercial capabilities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement using Kaizen and governance processes.
