Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, BD Excellence - Commercial to partner with Urology & Critical Care leadership to strengthen commercial rigor, accelerate growth, and improve end-to-end execution. This role will deploy BD Excellence tools and continuous improvement practices across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, software-enabled solutions, capital equipment.
• 5 years of demonstrated commercial experience with measurable success in complex B2B sales or transformation.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deploy the commercial excellence strategy and operating model across regions.
• Establish commercial reviews, visual management, KPIs, and action plans to improve accountability.
• Improve funnel management, forecast accuracy, opportunity progression, and value realization.
