In this role, you will bridge Commercial Operations and IT Leadership, aligning technology with business objectives across Billing, Supply, Pricing, and Finance. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in IT Operations and a strong understanding of deregulated energy markets. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. This position is on-site in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Relationship Management, Commercial IT Operations, or IT Business Analysis.
• Strong business insight into deregulated energy markets (ERCOT, PJM, NEPOOL, NYISO, MISO).
• Proven success leading IT integration projects and executive‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's degree required (Master’s preferred).
• ITIL, PMP, or BRMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and Commercial Leadership.
• Translate business objectives into actionable IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage projects and integrations that enhance process efficiency and data visibility.
• Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Pricing, Supply, and Billing.
