A confidential energy company is seeking a Director of Business Relationship Management for Commercial IT Operations. In this role, you will bridge Commercial Operations and IT Leadership, aligning technology with business objectives across Billing, Supply, Pricing, and Finance. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in IT Operations and a strong understanding of deregulated energy markets. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. This position is on-site in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Relationship Management, Commercial IT Operations, or IT Business Analysis.
• Strong business insight into deregulated energy markets (ERCOT, PJM, NEPOOL, NYISO, MISO).
• Proven success leading IT integration projects and executive‑level stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and Commercial Leadership.
• Translate business objectives into actionable IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage projects and integrations that enhance process efficiency and data visibility.
• Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Pricing, Supply, and Billing.
• Guide and mentor teams to foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
