• Experience leading commercial teams and implementing cross-business processes.
• Strong financial understanding: forecasting, margins, cost management.
• US energy construction market experience preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent senior-level experience.

We are supporting an established US energy infrastructure contractor in the appointment of a Commercial Director to lead its commercial operations across a diverse portfolio of major construction projects.

The business operates across pipeline infrastructure, energy facilities and power, including transmission, substations, renewable energy and battery storage.

This is a senior leadership opportunity offering significant scope to shape commercial strategy, develop teams and strengthen commercial performance as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function across multiple energy infrastructure projects and business divisions.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies, processes and reporting standards.

Requirements
