Qualifications

• Deep experience in digital advertising, retail media, and commerce media.
• Proven success in quota-carrying sales or strategic account management.
• Strong network with publishers, advertisers, agencies, and ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and pipeline targets for Mastercard Commerce Media in North America.
• Develop and close new business opportunities with publishers and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to monetize MCM.
• Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Provide market feedback to shape product roadmap and go-to-market plans.
