Remote US-based.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare.
  • Experience in project management and analytics is essential.
  • Familiarity with DSNP, case management, or clinical program operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards; SQL exposure preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business System Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will partner closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions that improve decision-making and support better care delivery. The position will also help support software applications and manage intermediate-scale initiatives that contribute to efficiency and alignment across programs. In addition, this person will identify data gaps, build dashboards, and deliver insights that strengthen reporting for key healthcare operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,818 – $149,656 annually
