Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product strategy, management, corporate strategy, commercialization, or innovation roles.
• 5+ years leading AI, ML, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years with a top-tier management consulting firm launching AI-enabled products in healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience translating research outputs into commercial offerings.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Provider AI Innovation and Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape the strategy and commercialization approach for a portfolio of AI-enabled provider solutions, turning research and technical capabilities into market-ready offerings. The role will partner closely with sales, delivery, external collaborators, and internal stakeholders to strengthen positioning, support client conversations, and drive portfolio growth. It is a highly cross-functional leadership opportunity for someone who can connect innovation, product strategy, and business impact in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $159,300 – $273,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the AI solutions portfolio and roadmap

• 5+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, leading client engagements


• Demonstrated experience launching AI-enabled products in healthcare contexts
