Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, healthcare technology, or workflow optimization.
• Experience leading enterprise clinical transformation or EHR optimization initiatives at scale.
• Strong ability to drive operational and technology initiatives in complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the clinical applications strategy to support advanced primary care and value-based care objectives.
• Establish and lead governance processes for prioritizing technology investments and lifecycle decisions.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of clinical applications, ensuring they meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Collaborate with executive and clinical leaders to translate organizational needs into effective technology solutions.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, and technology transformations.
