You will partner with senior leaders to shape regional strategy, align stakeholders, and translate priorities into executable roadmaps, while strengthening reporting, operations, and cross-functional execution for faster, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare strategy, value-based care, or related fields.
• 5+ years leadership experience building high-performing teams.
• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and data-driven problem solving.
• 5+ years managing senior executive stakeholders and facilitating alignment.
• 5+ years translating strategic plans into actionable operational roadmaps.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Strategy & Growth - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive strategic planning and growth initiatives that support performance across a large, complex healthcare organization. The position will partner closely with senior leaders to shape regional strategy, align stakeholders, and turn strategic priorities into executable roadmaps. It will also strengthen reporting, operational capabilities, and cross-functional execution to help the business make faster, better-informed decisions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $159,300 – $273,200 annually
