Galen College of Nursing in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Director of Clinical Learning to operationalize clinical experiences and lead faculty oversight across nursing programs. You will support faculty in facilitating standardized curricula and ensure experiences align with curriculum outcomes and Galen’s mission.

Qualifications

• MSN with nursing background and knowledge of student clinical experiences.
• Understanding of nursing education objectives and clinical sites.
• Experience in academic leadership and clinical faculty development.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize clinical experiences across nursing programs.
• Negotiate and manage clinical affiliation agreements.
• Provide strategic oversight of faculty placement, orientation, and evaluation.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with outcomes and regulatory guidelines.
• Support faculty in Rank and Promotion processes and professional development.
• Collaborate with campus leadership for communication across theory and clinical learning.
