Job summary

Galen College of Nursing seeks a Clinical Learning Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of clinical education for nursing students. You will coordinate with the Director of Clinical Learning (DCL) to ensure compliant, high-quality clinical experiences and site partnerships.

You will manage data collection, faculty support, student orientation, and curriculum alignment, contributing to program outcomes and student success at Galen College of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN licensure in the applicable state.
• MSN degree or in progress with at least two years’ experience in clinical education.
• Two+ years of clinical education experience with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to match student needs to clinical placements.
• Academic nursing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and report clinical experience data for evaluation and planning.
• Support campus committee meetings and assist with clinical site walkthroughs.
• Assist with faculty evaluations and development of adjunct faculty; support faculty hiring and retention.
