Qualifications

• MSN in progress with at least two years in clinical education
• Unencumbered RN license in applicable state
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to interpret learning experiences and match to clinical placements

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and report clinical experience data to support strategic evaluation and planning.
• Attend and support campus committee meetings.
• Ensure clinical quality delivery through site walkthroughs for faculty and sites quarterly.
• Resolve student concerns regarding clinical experiences with DCL oversight.
• Conduct faculty interviews, evaluations, and development activities.
• Orient students and faculty to clinical experiences and ensure compliance with policies.
• Map course learning outcomes to unit experiences and update internal clinical agency information.
• Identify, negotiate, establish, and evaluate clinical agency partnerships and satisfaction.
