CELINE is seeking a Director, Clienteling Events & Couture for North America to shape and execute the brand's client experience across the region. You will lead in-network clienteling programs, event strategy, and partnerships with stores, regional leadership, and central teams.

The role emphasizes driving client loyalty, engagement, and business growth, managing budgets, events, and vendor coordination, with travel across North America and collaboration with VIP clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in clienteling, CRM, or luxury retail, with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of luxury market and client behavior in North America.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-network client experience & clienteling event strategy across North America.
• Develop and implement North American in-network clienteling strategy aligned with global brand objectives.
• Collaborate with retail store teams and regional leadership to identify opportunities and ensure execution of clienteling programs.
• Manage client activation calendars, in-store and out-of-store concepts, and ensure Maison guidelines are followed.
• Oversee logistics of events, vendor coordination, inventory movements, and post-event reporting.
• Define KPIs for clienteling and events and track performance for regional, store, and advisor levels.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and VM teams to integrate events across channels.
