CELINE seeks a Director, Clienteling Events & Couture for North America to shape and execute the client experience and event strategy across the region. You will lead in-network client experience and clienteling initiatives, partnering with regional leadership and stores to elevate service and loyalty.

In collaboration with the VP and regional teams, you will design activation calendars, manage budgets, vendor logistics, and measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in clienteling/CRM or luxury retail.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor teams in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Fluent English; additional French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead North American in-network clienteling strategy and events across CELINE boutiques.
• Collaborate with store teams and regional leadership to identify opportunities and ensure consistent clienteling programs.
• Develop and roll out client activation calendars and in-store/out-of-store concepts aligned with Maison guidelines.
• Oversee event budgets, vendor management, logistics, and post-event reporting to optimize ROI.
• Partner with Regional Manager and marketing teams on out-of-network event strategy and partnerships.
