Job summary

HST Pathways, a fully remote, Bain Capital-backed healthcare software company, is seeking a Director, Client Success to lead a growing team and drive value for corporate and mid-market clients. You will own AI-driven client success initiatives, optimize processes, and partner with Product, Growth and Security to improve retention, expansion, and customer outcomes.

This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a proven ability to scale programs across a diverse healthcare client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of client success management experience.
• Experience in data analysis and managing complex client relationships.
• Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or analytics to improve outcomes.
• Strong communication skills across executive and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational excellence and profitability of the client base.
• Manage Corporate Client Managers and Client Success teams to improve client health and retention.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives and automation across the client lifecycle to boost renewals and expansion.
• Collaborate across Growth, Product, and Client Services to align on strategic client goals.
