Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in professional services.
• Preferred finance background including investment banking, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, corporate finance, financial advisory, or financial consulting.
• Proven track record in managing complex, client-driven workstreams with revenue responsibility.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to position solutions persuasively to senior clients.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Comfortable interacting with senior experts, partners, and client decision-makers.
• Highly organized, proactive, and effective under time pressure.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in finance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide client engagement services from inquiry through expert identification and engagement close.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex matters.
• Translate client needs into commercially sound expert search and positioning plans.
• Lead expert identification, qualification, and positioning to drive engagement conversion.
• Deliver high-quality expert shortlists that align with client objectives and timelines.
• Manage and participate in client-expert discussions to support selection readiness.
• Maintain urgency, quality, and commercial focus across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Contribute to repeat business and long-term client relationships through exceptional execution.
