Job summary

Sedgwick in New York seeks a Director of Client Communications to lead strategy and execution of client communications, newsletters, events, and the client services newsroom. You will translate the voice of the customer into clear, timely content that builds trust and engagement across client touchpoints.

The role requires leading complex communications programs, partnering with executives, and driving growth through effective client storytelling and governance.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) plus years in client, customer, corporate, or marketing communications
• Experience in insurance, third-party administration, or client-service-intensive industry preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing moderately to highly complex projects in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Sedgwick's client communications strategy and ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with client needs
• Own the content calendar and production of client newsletters and other recurring client communications
• Plan and execute virtual client events, webinars, and related post-event communications
• Partner with leadership to identify client needs, priorities, risks, and opportunities across the client lifecycle
• Develop event content, speaking materials, and supporting communications for client audiences
• Manage the client services newsroom and coordinate across business units to publish timely content
• Establish governance, editorial, approval, and quality standards for newsroom and event content
• Translate client feedback into actionable recommendations to shape future communications and campaigns
• Develop leadership reporting on reach, effectiveness, and business impact of client communications
