Influential is seeking a Vice President, Client Management in New York to lead client strategy, partnerships, and agency collaboration for top brands. This role drives exceptional client service, scales operations, and delivers influencer-driven campaigns that impact business outcomes.

The VP collaborates with sales, operations, and analytics, overseeing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and growth while representing Influential’s client-first approach.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in client leadership or agency management.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led content.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Travel required; in-office presence weekly.

Responsabilités

Serve as senior point of contact for assigned agency leadership and key client stakeholders.
Maintain deep knowledge of agency clients and teams across respective assigned agency.
Lead day-to-day operational teams grounded in service and support of campaign activations.
Manage and resolve client escalations, when necessary raising to the SVP, Client Management lead as appropriate.
Partner with Influential Sales lead to manage existing client relationships and assist in expanding client scopes and opportunities.
Collaborate with Commercial Operations team to monitor client profitability and ensure financially sound engagements.
Responsible for flawless execution that delivers on the promise of increasing a client’s business through influencer marketing.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Client Management team.
