Job summary

Publicis Groupe in New York seeks an Associate Director, Client Operations to lead budgeting and compliance functions on a high-energy client; you will manage forecasting, accruals, data QA, and the processing of client billing, applying deep knowledge of Media systems.

This role demands leadership, cross-team collaboration with Analytics, Strategy and Investment, and the ability to develop talent, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy across brands in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• : 5+ years of experience in Financials, project management, and/or Budgets & Compliance.
• : Proficiency in meeting deadlines and managing overlapping priorities.
• : Strong MS Office skills including Excel (filters, pivots, VLOOKUPs)
• : Experience with MediaTools, Prisma and MediaOcean
• : Quantitative and analytical mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director on team roles, priorities, and special projects.
• Manage workload of Supervisor and Sr. Associates to meet timelines and billing procedures.
• Lead career development through coaching and task delegation.
• Maintain relationships with agency contacts and clients.
• Lead monthly billing and financial reporting across multiple teams.
• Oversee billing verification, financial reporting, and audit compliance.
• Deliver client reporting and budget documents.
• Assist with global reporting as needed.
