Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
• Experience with financial reporting systems (PeopleSoft/SAP).
• Understanding of accounting concepts (debits/credits, revenue recognition).
• Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client financial health across budgets, spend, and revenue.
• Manage client long sheets and budget/run rate tracking.
• Ensure timely client billing and support documentation collection.
• Prepare journal entries and client-specific reporting.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and assist process optimizations.
• Translate finance reports for client teams and regional staff.
