Job summary

Publicis Groupe division Digitas in Boston is seeking a Media Finance Senior Analyst to lead client billing, reporting, and finance operations for major media accounts.

You'll collaborate across Media, Accounts Payable and Client Finance to ensure audit compliance and timely reconciliations, while driving process improvements and mentoring analysts.

Strong problem solving, Excel skills, and experience with SAP or MediaOcean are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and 3+ years of online media experience in either a media planning/buying/operations role or a finance driven capacity.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, multitasking, and time management.
• Excellent communication skills – articulate, straightforward, and thoughtful.
• In-depth understanding of online media planning/ad-serving tools, billing reconciliation, and negotiation, implementation, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity using SAP and MediaOcean is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a successful working process between Media, Media Business Operations, Accounts Payable and Client Finance.
• Building trust and credibility with clients by ensuring audit compliance and prompt billing reconciliation.
• Holding monthly billing meetings and holding media teams accountable for client deliverables.
• Ensuring that campaign financial documents are correctly filed and updated according to compliance regulations.
• Creating positive relationships with other departments which facilitates ongoing communication and feedback.
• Suggest process improvements, and approach tasks with an analytical mindset.
• Work with analysts to ensure all client work is delivered as planned, and act as a mentor for day to day tasks.
• Ad-hoc requests and projects from both with the team as well as from clients and client leads.
