Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Associate Director, Client Operations in New York to lead budgeting, billing, and compliance processes for a high-profile client. You will mentor staff, manage forecasting and data QA, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple agency teams.

You will collaborate with Analytics, Strategy and Investment to meet client goals, drive process improvements, and uphold strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years previous experience in Financials, project management, and/or Budgets & Compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MediaTools, Prisma, and MediaOcean.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly billing and financials reporting across multiple agency teams.
• Lead team development and coaching of Supervisors and Senior Associates.
• Ensure accuracy of work and enforce billing verification and audit compliance.
