Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of cost basis and tax reporting operations experience.
• Familiar with cost basis/tax back-office systems and client integration.
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders and complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding analysis and support: document requirements and design workflows.
• Data assessment: verify data accuracy and drive quality improvements.
• Process optimization: identify gaps and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Automation: lead end-to-end onboarding automation efforts.
