Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Leader in Workforce Management to define strategy for building and automating recurring capacity and scenario planning models across a large-scale claims operation. This role influences senior leadership to meet short- and long-term business objectives and supports a flexible, remote-work model in the United States.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in workforce management within a claims environment, plus management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of related experience including prior management experience.
• 5+ years management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs workforce management policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives.
• Defines the vision for workforce management within the contact center to set achievable goals.
• Leads staffing model strategies based on forecasted results to create effective support models.
• Oversees development of workforce management budget and hiring strategies with business stakeholders.
• Establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs to support contact center quality and efficiency.
• Supports onboarding, hiring, promotions, transfers and performance decisions within workforce management.
