Job summary
Centene is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts across markets and lines of business. You will build staffing models from historical data and member forecasts, partnering with leaders to turn complex data into actionable staffing and financial guidance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in general business, analytics or IT; healthcare or consulting preferred.
- Experience with technology product ownership, deployment and user adoption preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives.
- Develop staffing models using historical volume and forecasts.
- Translate data into staffing and financial recommendations for leaders.
- Collaborate across Analytics, Finance, Strategy, IT, and operations to drive analytics projects.
